How can I obtain the minutes for the condo Board meeting?
Contact the condo office. The minutes are available upon request.
 
When is the Annual General meeting held?
The Annual General meeting will be held in January. Unit owners are encouraged to attend! Remember your input develops your community.
 
What day is trash pickup?
Trash pick-up is done once weekly.
 
Who do I contact regarding any maintenance problems in the common area or if I have any questions about maintenance issues?

Are there restrictions on "For Sale" signs in the community?
Yes there are restrictions on where and how signs must be displayed. No sign, advertisement or notice other than the usual signs offering a unit for sale or rent with dimensions not exceeding two feet by three feet shall be inscribed, painted, affixed or placed on any part of the inside or outside of the buildings or common elements whatsoever without the prior written consent of the board.

Are there pet restrictions in the community?
Yes, No animals, livestock or fowl other than a pet shall be kept on the property and no pet that is deemed by the board or manager, in its absolute discretion, to be a nuisance shall be kept by any owner any unit or in any other part of the property. Any owner who keeps a pet on the property or any part thereof shall within two weeks of receipt of a written notice from the board or the manager requesting the removal of such pet, permanently remove such pet from the property.

Can I have my condo fees payments taken out automatically from my chequing account?
Yes, It is preferred. Please contact the Condominium Office to set up payment of Condo fees.
