Lewes Village is condominium complex made up of 97 residential units, treed grounds with lawns, paved paths and parking lots, playgrounds and our business office. The complex is close to schools, playgrounds, downtown Whitehorse, hiking trails and bus routes.

Each unit is privately owned and all owners together own ‘common elements’ that include the grounds and facilities outside of their units. Owners are responsible for maintaining their privately owned units, fenced back yards and front yards.

We consider the complex a family orientated community. No vehicles are allowed on the common grounds & three separate play grounds located in the center of the complex for the safety of the children. Five separate parking lots are located away from the general location of the homes for conveyance & safety. A board of nine volunteers along with long time management secures the running of the business end of the Corporation pertaining to the Condominium Declaration of the Yukon Territory.

Whitehorse Condo Corporation #2 is made up of condominium owners and managed by an elected volunteer Board of Directors.  The Board represents the interests of all owners and works towards a common goal of maintaining a viable, attractive, community-oriented condominium complex.

Our Board of Directors is elected at our fall Annual General Meeting. The Board is responsible for managing the day to day and long term operation of the complex, maintaining common elements such as unit roofs and exteriors, paths and parking lots and common grounds and overseeing the financial and administrative responsibilities of the Corporation.
